Challenge: A leading manufacturer of custom rubber products experienced tremendous growth and increasing deliverables from their clients. As their business grew, the demand for a stable and secure network environment became a necessity. Their staff travelled extensively and often to international locations. They needed on-demand, always available access to their systems and network. Our client wanted to continue focusing on their core competencies and not burden themselves with hiring an IT staff to manage their network and users.
